Racing Simulator Cockpit

I love VIVO products. This Racing Simulator Cockpit is just as great a product as their standing desks. It was easy for my 16-year-old to put together (he also put together our standing desks) and works great with the controllers for the XBOX. 100% recommend.

I needed a small working area for my job, not to play games. This seat doesn’t move and since I don’t need a desk, I thought this set up would work.The assembly was pretty easy with the exception of the gaps towards the front of the frame as you can see on the pictures. There might be a trick but that’s what the instructions indicated.The seat is ok. I didn’t want a chair with arm rest because they get on my way while typing but sometimes I’m only watching the screen and I wish I could rest my arms on something so, I wish it had arm rests that could be folded up and down. Also the front of the seat is low which might be comfortable for a while but a little higher will push your legs up and throw your butt into the back of the seat and keep your back straight.Other than that, the unit is compact, very solid, and I can work for hours.

I got my son this racing rig and he has been using this product constantly and has loved it ever since we got it for him. If you have a Logitech wheel setup and you are looking for a racing rig setup, this is definitely an amazing product!

I bought this as the mount for the wheel was an arch not a single vertical tube. One tube I received was mis-drilled so the gussets didn't fit. They very politely and quickly mailed me a replacement tube at no charge that was ... exactly the same and also did not fit. I drilled proper holes in it myself and it fits now. The tube arch for the wheel mount is very good and stiff, but there is a thin plate that the wheel mounts to that flexes if you push up or down on the wheel at all. The seat is comfortable and adjustable. The seat recline is only locked on the right side, so the left side recline hinge is always flexing. After a few hours of use the seat is bent back on the left side a bit, making the back twisted a bit. Maybe OK if your 120 lbs, not enough for my 215 lbs. I really need a monitor stand. I can't see well enough without it. I finally clamped my 27" monitor behind the wheel, but they don't sell any attachment for this. It will be OK with some modification.
